Appeal accepted the offer in respect of salaries to members of the State Civil Service Appeals is divided into three (3) stages as follows:

a) The first members appointed to the appeal to get an offer higher starting salaries.
b) Former military personnel who first appointed to a post in public areas.
c) Members serving when appointed to another post, in which the starting salary offered is lower than what they received while in office long.

While submitting the application, the department shall make the following documents:

a) Letter of application from members
b) Statement of Service
c) Military Service Record Book (for ex-military)
